The player made many deposits, and he lost over 500,000 Rubles, so decided to close the account at Frank casino. Tech support answered that he needed to wait 7 days from the date of the application to block the account although the rules say nothing about that. The player had problems with gambling, and he began to play again not waiting for the expiration of 7 days. Because the casino did not respond in good time to block the account, he lost another 235,000 Rubles. The player asked the casino to return the deposits he had made after the application for blocking the account, as well as to block the account permanently.
