The player made a deposit of 1,000 Euros, and received a 100% bonus. He started to play with bets of 20 and 25 Euros, later there were big winnings. When the wager of the bonus was 99.68%, the player was thrown off the game, and he could not play. Tech supported asked for documents and a Skype video conference. After verification the account was blocked for breaching the rules of the casino, and the player was offered the deposit back minus 25% commission. The player did not agree with this decision.
