The casino affiliate sites Askgamblers.com, Newcasinos.com, and Johnslots.com, along with a few Catena Media Plc.-belonging other smaller niche webpages, are acquired by Gaming Innovation Group Inc. (GiG). The transaction value is 45 million euros, of which 20 million will be cashed out at closing, 10 million after that date, and, 24 months thereafter, the remaining 15 million. In the first quarter of 2023, closing is anticipated to occur.
