One day later the request was cancelled, and the casino told him to withdraw 500 Euros twice. Although the player has VIP status Level 3, and the rules say that the monthly withdrawal limit is 20,000 Euros in his case. However, it will be difficult to withdraw 20,000 Euros if only 500 Euros is processed every week.
