On 05.01.2018 the player had a problem while he was playing on one of the slots by EGT . He got a jackpot, and he won 4,000 Rubles. But his balance became 9,000 Rubles. Although at the time of jackpot hit, the balance was 12,000 Rubles,this means that 3,000 Rubles disappeared from his balance.Technical support answered that they would deal with this situation and inform the player. After a while technical support informed him that the missing money was lost by the player who did not agree with this decision.
