The player duplicated an account, which was banned, and he only had one account. But this account was also banned, and the player was accused of creating a duplicate account and misusing the casino bonus policy. The player denied his guilt.

When the wager of the bonus was 99.68%, the player was thrown off the game, and he could not play. Tech supported asked for documents and a Skype video conference. After verification the account was blocked for breaching the rules of the casino, and the player was offered the deposit back minus 25% commission. The player did not agree with this decision.
