A player was accused of using cheating programs – 30.04.2018

The player opened an account in 2016, he played a lot, made deposits and withdrew his winnings. On 08.04.2018 he requested a withdrawal of 10,483 Euros, and the account was blocked. The player received a response that the security service discovered suspicious activity on his account. After verification, the player was accused of manipulating the slots, and that the player made 22 bets with a value of 0.00 Euros and won 54.84 Euros. The player completely denied he had manipulated the slots during games.

The casino refused to pay the player all of the money that he had at the time of blocking, and returned only the deposits. The complaint was not closed as resolved, and the casino did not provide evidence that the player had been cheating.

Banned account – 25.12.2018

The player duplicated an account, which was banned, and he only had one account. But this account was also banned, and the player was accused of creating a duplicate account and misusing the casino bonus policy. The player denied his guilt.
