Blocked account and amount of 450 Dollars – 10.10.2018
A citizen of Ukraine set up a new account on the Casino-x, providing the information that he is a citizen of Ukraine. Later he made a deposit of 450 Dollars. He played a few games, and the player’s account was blocked. The manager of tech support said that Ukrainian citizens are forbidden to play in this casino. But the player claimed that the country was mentioned on the registration page, and there were no restrictions on the registration.

A banned account – 17.12.2017
The player claimed that when he was logging into the casino, by accident he clicked on the button “Login using social media account”and logged in using his account on mail.ru. Then, as usual, he logged in using the main account. The player made 15 deposits during a year. After the first withdrawal, the main account was verified. The next day Casino-X blocked his account and sent a letter saying that the player breached paragraph 5.5 of the rules (multi-accounting). The player claimed that he did not breach the rules.

Problem with money withdrawal in Crimea – 14.02.2017
A player from Sevastopol (Crimea) set up an account on May 19th, 2013, when all Ukrainian players had the permission to play in casinos. The player did not receive any warnings or similar information about bans in this casino. His account was fully verified by his passport, utility bills, telephone, and all personal data. In December 2016 the problems started, when the player provided his passport data and phone number, which were changed into Russian after March 18th, 2014. The player’s account was blocked with the amount of 2,736 Dollars on the balance.
