No cash out – 20.02.2019

On November 2018, after winning a large amount the player ordered a cash out. The casino requested documents that were sent successfully. It took 2 months to verify the player’s account. The verification was successful, but the player failed to withdraw the money. Tech support answered that the money was paid, but the player did not get the amount. Over 3 months passed and the player claimed that he did not receive the payment of 9,519.67 Dollars.

At the end of April 2018, the player won 3,513 Euros. After the documents were verified the casino paid the first cash out of 500 Euros. After that other withdrawal requests remained with the status of “awaiting” over several months. Many letters had been sent to financial depatement, and the player received only two payments of 200 Euros and 100 Euros. Since April 2018, the player has successfully withdrawn only 1,200 Euros.
