Refusal to cash out and closure of the account – 31.05.2018

On April 4th, 2018, the player won 500 Euros and ordered a withdrawal. The casino requested documents that the player sent successfully. Then on June 28th, the player won 1,600 Euros, resubmitted the documents, and waited for payment of the money. A few days later his account was blocked without any reason.

Delay in cash out – 09.04.2019

The player requested to withdraw an amount of 867 Euros, and he received an amount of 317 Euros the next day. The player claimed that partial payment is not specified by the rules. Tech support did not provide any reason as to why it was done in such a way, and asked to wait for the withdrawal of the remaining amount.
