The player began to lose a lot of money, so he limited his maximum loss to 200 Euros. Then he continued to play, and won 1,250 Euros. However he started to lose, and he thought that because of the limit the game would stop when the balance would reach 1,050 Euros. However, it did not happen. As a result, the player lost all of the money. Technical support answered that the loss limit meant all bets were minus his winnings, and therefore his loss was only 40 Euros. The player claimed that the game had to stop when the balance decreased by 200 Euros calculating from the highest amount in the balance when the balance went down to 1,050 Euros.
