Some time later the player decided to start playing again, and asked tech support to open an account, and that was done. But then the player could not log into his account. Tech support explained that his account was banned because the player used the phone of another person (who was also registered in this casino). The player explained that this was not done for cheating, and the explanation was accepted by the casino. The player could log in but he could not withdraw the money.
