The player won 100 Euros and decided to withdraw funds. He made a deposit using ecopayz, but because Visa and other methods were the only way to withdraw money, the player made an additional deposit of 20 Euros to activate this withdrawal method. Tech support informed in the chat that the player should bet these 20 Euros before cashing out. Thus, the player lost 20 Euros, and still could not withdraw the winnings.
