In 2017, the player won 4,380.90 Euros by playing the slots. He ordered a cash out of the whole amount, and provided all necessary documents that were accepted. Weeks passed, and he did not get the full amount. The player continued to withdraw money, and the winnings went back into the account. It happened a few times without explanation and all his withdrawals were cancelled. The casino contacted the player, saying that he should split his cashing out into 500 Euros. The casino referred to the rules that said the casino can set individual limits for each player.

On 11.29.2017 the player set up his account at Casinia Casino, used a welcome bonus, did not breach any rules, and won a big sum of 9,100 Euros. His account was verified successfully, and he managed to withdraw 4,000 Euros. However, his account was blocked after the withdrawal. The player contacted tech support asking them to provide more information as to the reasons why his account had been banned. The casino suspected the player of breaching various rules such as misuse of bonuses and promotions, abusing the rules of other games.
