On November 28th, 2017, the player played a slot game (Magic Shoppe) on his phone. The battery ran out and the phone stopped working, but the player managed to get a bonus of 3 free spins. Then the player continued to play on another mobile phone. The player used free spins and the account balance was 27 Euros at that moment. Soon after, while playing at 0.25 Euro per spin, the player’s balance immediately changed from 27 to 17 Euros. The money was gone from the account. Tech support checked out and answered that there were no errors in the player’s betting history, and they did not agree to compensate the missing funds.

The casino refused to pay the player his winnings of 4.4 Bitcoin. The casino explained that any winnings from the loyalty bonus that offered every Friday are limited to 25 millibitcoin, as the winning is not linked directly to the deposit, even if the loyalty bonus is based on the deposit made during the week or since the previous cash out took place. The casino took 4.4 Bitcoin and replaced them with 0.3 Bitcoin saying that it is 10 times larger than the maximum withdrawal amount that is linked to free bonuses.
