A few days later, his account was confirmed. However, on March 6th, the player found out that his winnings were confiscated, and the account was closed. The casino explained that the player was suspected of fraud. The player did not agree with the confiscation and claimed that he did not breach the rules.

At the beginning, the player was informed that the casino has the following withdrawal limits: 4,000 Dollars daily, 15,000 Dollars per week and 40,000 Dollars per month. So he started playing at this casino. After the player started winning he requested the withdrawal of funds. Documents were requested to complete the withdrawal of funds, and the player sent them. Since then, the player has only received 2 cash outs of 4,000 Dollars per week. Technical support could not answer when the remaining funds would be transferred. 8 days passed but the player had received no payments.

The player had a daily deposit limit of 100 Euros. On 05.04.2019, a deposit of 400 Euros was made, on 06.04 – 400 Euros, and on 08.04 – another 200 Euros. This means that the limit did not work, and the player was able to deposit 1,000 Euros instead of a total of 300 Euros over three days. Several times the player informed tech support about the issue, but they referred to the rules and did not admit their error.
