On July 18th, 2019, the player made a deposit of 1,700 Euros, and played blackjack. Then he decided to withdraw his winnings, but the player received a letter stating that his account was blocked. The player began to send letters to technical support, who replied that the player violated the casino rules. However, they did not provide any evidence of such a violation. On 01.29.2019 when logging into the site he found out that his account was banned. The player wrote to the technical support using their chat, and he was informed that the account was banned. When he asked about the reasons technical support answered that they could ban any account if they wish without giving reasons. Technical support also responded that the casino decided to stop providing their services to the player.

The player claimed that the game had to stop when the balance decreased by 200 Euros calculating from the highest amount in the balance when the balance went down to 1,050 Euros.
