The player won a large sum, and decided to withdraw the money. He was asked for documents in order to be verified. The verification was completed, but the next day the player could not log into his account. Then the player received the letter informing him about breaching the rules, and that he had a second account. This was the reason his balance was confiscated. The player claimed that he did not break the rules.
