Account closure and confiscation of balance 140,000 Swedish krona – 04.14.2016

The player registered at betsafe, made a deposit and won a good amount. Later, he noticed that, by mistake, he had input the data incorrectly on his profile while he was registering. He contacted support, informed them about the issue, and he was asked to send some documents to verify the account. The player’s account was blocked but technical support informed him that everything was OK, and the account should be unlocked soon. After a while, the account was still blocked, and the player was informed that he had breached their rules and that was the reason his account was blocked.

After some time, the player was informed that his account was blocked, and will never be reopened. The player was accused of not submitting a selfie photo on time, and the account was not verified correctly. The player claimed that at that moment he was in a hospital and could not do this.
