The player registered at betsafe, made a deposit and won a good amount. Later, he noticed that, by mistake, he had input the data incorrectly on his profile while he was registering. He contacted support, informed them about the issue, and he was asked to send some documents to verify the account. The player’s account was blocked but technical support informed him that everything was OK, and the account should be unlocked soon. After a while, the account was still blocked, and the player was informed that he had breached their rules and that was the reason his account was blocked.

The player was asked to provide some documents and a photo, and then the withdrawal was cancelled. The player claimed that he had sent all the documents, continued to play, and his balance increased to 20,000 Euros. So he requested another withdrawal. However, the next day, he could not log in, and he contacted the casino. The player was informed that the account was under investigation, and was asked to send more photos. After some time, the player was informed that his account was blocked, and will never be reopened. The player was accused of not submitting a selfie photo on time, and the account was not verified correctly. The player claimed that at that moment he was in a hospital and could not do this.
