The player had a delay in payments, and, according to the rules, payments should be made within 48 hours. 3-4 days passed, and the player had received no payments. Technical support explained that it was because of the workload of their accounting department, they also mentioned holidays (that had already passed by this point), gave the same answer to the player’s questions, and did not answer calls.

The player made a deposit of 1,000 Rubles and won 12,000 Rubles. The player wanted to withdraw one thousand rubles and could not as the casino linked that to the security policy.
