The player had a daily deposit limit of 100 Euros. On 05.04.2019, a deposit of 400 Euros was made, on 06.04 – 400 Euros, and on 08.04 – another 200 Euros. This means that the limit did not work, and the player was able to deposit 1,000 Euros instead of a total of 300 Euros over three days. Several times the player informed tech support about the issue, but they referred to the rules and did not admit their error.

A few days later, his account was confirmed. However, on March 6th, the player found out that his winnings were confiscated, and the account was closed.
