Several times the player tried to cash out his winnings over 10 days using 3 different methods. He submitted all his documents, and the casino confirmed that his account and withdrawal methods were verified. However, when he tried to cash out using Skrill, Ecopayz or Visa, the withdrawal was rejected, and tech support told that the transactions were rejected by the payment provider. The player contacted his bank and ecopayz, and they said that they did not receive such a payment. Technical support did not provide the necessary help to solve the issue.
