The player won a large amount, and had 21,500 Euros on his account. The account was already verified. A few days later, the casino lowered the maximum withdrawal limit from 500 to 300 Euros giving no reasons. Payments were also delayed, and the player could withdraw max 3 times weekly, and every two weeks he could only withdraw 2 times due to1-day delay between withdrawals. So the player could only cash out 900 Euros weekly at most. Tech support referred to the rules that they can set an individual payment schedule. The player demanded to review the limits.

On 06.12.2018 the player made a deposit in bitcoin, which was converted into 12.61 Euros. The player won 40 Euros. The player tried to withdraw funds using the deposit method (bitcoin), but received a letter saying that the withdrawal was canceled, and that the casino did not use bitcoin any longer. The player was offered Visa card, the only available withdrawal option at that time, but his bank worked only with Mastercard.
