Delayed payment during verification – 07.05.2018

The player had been trying to verify his account since mid-April.Tech support began by requesting one set of documents, then the player was asked to send another set of documents, and he did that. After a while, the player contacted tech support again, and they requested another set of different documents, that the player had already sent. The verification took time, and the player could not withdraw his winnings.

After lengthy correspondence with the casino, the player’s account was unblocked, and he could withdraw his winnings in parts. On 18.05.2018 the complaint was closed.

A player was accused of creating a duplicate account – 19.02.2018

In January 2018, the player won several times, and there were no problems with withdrawing the winnings. According to the rules of the casino, the player withdrew 500 Zloty three times weekly. The player’s account was checked, and there were no problems. On 07.02.2018 he received a payment into his ecopayz account. However, the next day he received a message from the casino that his account was blocked due to the suspicion of creating a duplicate account, which is not allowed by the rules. The player claimed that this was done to change the currency of the account, and it was previously agreed with the casino.
