The problem with self-exclusion – 31.03.2019
On March 26th, 2019 a player began playing in several casinos that are owned by N1 Interactive Ltd. While playing in these casinos, the player found that he was losing too much money, and the game was out of control, so he decided to self-exclude himself from the casino. An hour later the player set an account on Bobcasino (also owned by N1 Interactive Ltd), and was surprised that he was not excluded from this casino. According to the rules, if a player is excluded from a casino that is owned by one owner, then auto self-exclusion is applied to all casinos owned by this owner. As a result, the player lost 1,850 Euros.

Decision:
The player was compensated and was given back all of the money he lost after he had self-excluded himself from the casinos. The issue was solved.

Banned account – 27.05.2019
On 24.05.2019 the player deposited a balance of 3,900 Rubles. He played over an hour, and decided to withdraw the money. An hour later, the withdrawal was canceled, and when the player was trying to log in, he saw a pop-up notification that his account was disabled. Tech support answered that several accounts were registered from one IP. The player had a second account about a year ago, but finally, after he consulted with tech support, the second account was blocked, and the player was allowed to play using his main account.
