Deposit limits missed and a player lost a fair amount of money – 23.03.2019
On 15.01.2019 a player set a deposit limit of 100 Euros per week. Feeling a strong desire to gamble, the player decided he needed to control himself. The chat confirmed the deposit limit was set. On 16.02.2019 the player logged in as he wanted to play a little, made a deposit of 2,450 Euros, and lost all of his money. He continued to make deposits, hoping that the limits would work but he managed to make another deposit of 1,684 Euros, and lost it all. Technical support answered that everything was in accordance with the rules, but the player did not agree.
