He ordered his first withdrawal of 5,000 Krona on December 22nd but on the 24th the withdrawal was canceled. Tech support said that the player should divide cashing out into 2 parts of 2,500 Krona each. They explained that casino has the right to set individual schedules for players. The withdrawal of funds was delayed and took too much time, as the processing of some payments took more than a week.
