His account was verified successfully, and he managed to withdraw 4,000 Euros. However, his account was blocked after the withdrawal. The player contacted tech support asking them to provide more information as to the reasons why his account had been banned. The casino suspected the player of breaching various rules such as misuse of bonuses and promotions, abusing the rules of other games.
