The player made a deposit of 15,000 Rubles + a bonus of 100%. In total, he needed to wager 30 times the deposit and bonus (900,000 Rubles) which the player did during 8 hours. The balance became 230,000 Rubles. The bonus was wagered fully, but it was still in the player’s profile with 100% status. The player contacted technical support, and they replied that these were technical problems. Later, the account was closed, and technical support explained that the player breached the rule of playing with bonuses, they meant that the player cumulated bonuses, and did not use them immediately.
